Asset Management is the largest part of AMG’s business and we are the market leader in this sector, acting on behalf of Banks, Building Societies and Mortgage Lenders.

We offer a comprehensive service from pre possession to completion.  We will tailor our service to meet your exact requirements.  We offer a fully outsourced service or one that compliments your current in house operation.

Our sole aim is to achieve the best price in the shortest possible time whilst acting in the best interests of the lender. Unlike other service providers our main objective is not to feed subsidiary companies, we will choose the most appropriate estate agent for the property type and location.

We are not tied to using any particular estate agent and we do not sign estate agency agreements committing us to long periods of marketing with one estate agent should they be unsuccessful with a particular property. If the estate agent fails to meet our rigid requirements then the sale of the property will be given to a new estate agent ensuring the lender's asset continues to be actively marketed.
