AMG Maintenance was founded in 2003, a subsidiary of the Asset Management Group but a stand alone separate limited company operating independently from our service centre in Macclesfield . We operate a network of established sub-contractors across the UK and we provide a full national repossession service to the majority of UK high street Banks, Building Societies and Asset Managers.

The continued investment in staff, training, auditing and web-based IT systems has enabled us to establish ourselves as one of the main UK providers of repossession and vacant property services. We also continue to focus on TCF, Health & Safety, Waste Management and Environmental legislation to ensure that all our clients are compliant.

We offer tailor made property maintenance packages within a competitive and fixed price fee structure.

Through our online system we offer real time, transparent information on all aspects of the process. This provides live updates of property reports, photographs and ongoing instructions to allow effective and accurate management information.
