Simon Matthews – Managing Director
A founder Director of AMG in 1997, Simon has worked in the UK residential property market for 23 years, 17 of which have been in repossession asset management. Simon is highly experienced with all aspects of the UK repossession market.

Tony Chambers RICS – Director
A founder Director of AMG in 1997, Tony has worked in the UK residential property market for 40 years and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Tony has worked both as surveyor, valuer and estate agent during his career.

Lisa Marsh – Group Operations Manager.
Lisa has worked in the UK repossession market for over 19 years, 12 of which have been spent with AMG. Lisa has worked in all areas of the business and is currently responsible for all group compliance, TCF, training and auditing.

Steve Gomersall – Operations Manager
Steve has been involved with in the UK repossession market for 19 years and has been based at AMG’s Newcastle office since it’s opening in 1999. Steve has hands on, day to day involvement with our clients, offering valuable experience and expertise with all aspects of the process.

Steve Biddulph – Head of AMG Maintenance
Steve has worked in the UK repossession maintenance market for 18 years. Initially Steve started out as an operative on the tools gaining valuable first hand experience of the job. Steve progressed to become the Operations Director of a national contractor. In 2003 Steve joined AMG to set up AMG Maintenance based at our offices in Macclesfield.

Peter Mavromatis – Operations Manager
Peter has worked in residential property for 23 years, 16 of which have been in repossession asset management. Peter has been with AMG for 11 years and has hands on, day to day involvement with our clients, offering valuable experience and expertise with all aspects of the process.

Hayley Perrin – Operations Manager
Hayley has been involved with the UK repossession Market for over 10 years and joined AMG in 2000. Hayley has hands on, day to day involvement with our clients, offering valuable experience and expertise with all aspects of the process.
