Residential & Commercial Evictions

 

We are highly experienced in all types of evictions carrying out thousands on an annual basis, including high profile problematic cases. We act as a representative at possession with the bailiff, gain access to the property and then make it secure by changing all locks. Depending on client requirements we can drain down all water systems, clean the property, clear or stack remaining chattels and carry out gardening. A full possession report is produced including before and after photographs.

Property Care Solutions

 

We offer a range of general property care solutions for vacant properties including on-going garden maintenance, clearance, general maintenance and property repairs. In addition we offer specialised services such as security guards, shuttering and hazardous waste removal.

Tenant Evictions

 

Our Tenant Evictions service fits perfectly with companies offering specialist services to Landlords enforcing Section 21 notices. We act as a representative at the eviction with the bailiff, gain access to the property and then secure the property by changing all locks. A number of properties are found to be in a poor state of repair with tenants leaving behind rubbish and chattels. We can clean the property and dispose of any rubbish or chattels to ensure the property is ready for new tenants as soon as possible.
