We are the only Asset Manager to have our own dedicated maintenance company offering full nationwide coverage.
Our service centre in Cheshire operates a network of approved sub-contractors offering bespoke packages for evictions, general on-going and reactive maintenance. Our clients include mortgage lenders, receivers, corporate landlords, asset managers and corporate property owners.

Accompanying the bailiff, we gain access to the property and make secure by changing all locks, drain down all water systems, clean, clear or stack remaining chattels and carry out gardening. A full possession report is produced with before and after photographs.
RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL EVICTIONS
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
We offer a range of property care solutions for vacant properties including garden maintenance, clearance, general maintenance and emergency repairs. In addition, we offer specialised services such as security guards, dog handling, boarding, shuttering and hazardous waste removal.
TENANT EVICTIONS
We accompany the bailiff to access and secure the property. Many tenanted properties are left in disrepair with rubbish and leftover belongings, we clean and clear the property, preparing it for new tenants as soon as possible.
