We have unrivalled experience dealing with all types of problematic properties, including fire damaged, title issues, absentee free holders, Japanese knotweed, boundary disputes and restrictive covenants. We will ensure they are valued correctly and sold via the most appropriate disposal strategy.
PROBLEMATIC
AUCTION MANAGEMENT
Not all properties can be sold via private treaty. We identify suitable cases for disposal via auction and work with national and regional auctioneers to manage the whole auction process from appraisal to sale.
SHARED OWNERSHIP
We sell hundreds of shared ownership properties and we have an in-depth knowledge of dealing with housing associations paired with longstanding experience of managing the challenges of staircasing and the shared ownership sales process in general.
HIGH VALUE
We sell multi-million pound properties from country estates to central London penthouses. We can advise on a bespoke marketing approach using the correct estate agent for that property type. We can also offer 24h security, storage of chattels, staging of properties with furniture and the assistance with sale of any high value chattels via auction.
